Social Presence works on all Chromium-based browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and Vivaldi.

Install it from the Chrome Web Store and it will work across all these browsers.

Firefox support is coming soon.

Look for the lightbulb icon that appears below every LinkedIn post (next to Like, Comment, Share buttons).

Click it, choose a comment style (Add Value, Ask Question, etc.), and the AI generates a comment that auto-fills in the comment box.

Review it and hit 'Post' when ready.

Free users get 5 AI-generated comments per day. Pro users get 200 per day.

The quota resets every 24 hours at midnight UTC.

If you hit your limit, you can still use all other features (GIFs, filtering, goals, etc.).

Yes. Our AI (powered by Google Gemini Pro) reads the full post content, analyzes the context, tone, and topic, then generates a relevant comment that matches the conversation.

It's designed to sound natural and thoughtful, not generic.

No. The comments are written to sound natural and conversational.

However, we recommend always reviewing and personalizing AI suggestions before posting.

The best comments blend AI assistance with your own voice and expertise.

Click the Social Presence icon in your browser toolbar, then go to Settings.

Toggle on the filters you want: Hide Promoted Posts, Hide Company Posts, Hide School Posts.

Changes take effect immediately. Refresh LinkedIn to see your cleaned-up feed.

Yes! In the extension settings, go to 'Keyword Filtering' and add any words or phrases you want to block (e.g., 'crypto', 'hustle culture', 'motivational quotes').

Posts containing those keywords will be automatically hidden from your feed.

Daily goals help you track your LinkedIn engagement.

Click the extension icon and set targets for daily comments and reactions (e.g., '5 comments, 10 reactions').

Visual circular progress indicators show your progress in real-time as you engage on LinkedIn.

A shortcuts box appears on every LinkedIn page giving you one-click access to: LinkedIn Analytics, My Posts, and your personalized feeds.

By default, LinkedIn truncates long profile headlines with '...' in your feed.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe.

Yes. Social Presence operates entirely within your browser as a Chrome extension.

We never store your LinkedIn password or private messages.

For AI comment generation, we only send the post content (which is already public) to our AI service. Never your credentials or private data.

We collect minimal data:

Your email (for account creation), usage metrics (number of AI comments generated), and subscription status.

We never collect or store your LinkedIn password, private messages, or personal connection data.

No. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Your data is only used to provide Social Presence features and improve the product.

Yes. Email support@socialpresence.co and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

You can also uninstall the extension at any time from your browser's extension settings.

No. Social Presence is a browser extension that enhances your personal LinkedIn experience, similar to ad blockers or grammar checkers.

We don't automate actions, spam, scrape data, or send messages on your behalf.

All actions require your manual input.

If issues persist after reloading, try the troubleshooting steps below.

First, try refreshing LinkedIn.

If that doesn't work:
1) Click the extension icon and make sure it's enabled
2) Update to the latest version (check Chrome Web Store)
3) Restart your browser

Make sure you're logged into your Social Presence account (click the extension icon to check).

The lightbulb only appears on text posts with enough content for AI to analyze. It won't appear on image-only posts or very short posts.

Not yet. Social Presence is currently a desktop Chrome extension only.

Mobile browser extensions have limited functionality, but we're exploring mobile app options.

For now, use it on desktop Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Opera.

We actively monitor LinkedIn for interface changes and release updates quickly (usually within 24 to 48 hours).

Enable auto-updates in Chrome to always have the latest version.

We'll notify users via email if manual action is needed.
